I've been working at Torchy's Tacos for the past 11 months. This is my first job and it's been one of the best and very friendly. I can say my social skills have definitely improved while I have been here. While working at Torchy's I have learned to do a lot of things outside of my job title. I have learned to be disher, cashier, runner, preparer, Etc. I don't just do the job im assigned but i like to do more, more for the company and more to make me a better employee.

• Cleared tables immediately after guests left in preparation for next party.
• Backed up dishwashing staff by cleaning dishes, glasses and cutlery during busy periods.
• Delivered correct food items to tables according to order documentation.
• Maintained speed of service for food orders while minimizing errors and complaints.
• Quickly delivered items to customers, minimizing wait times.
• Assisted wait staff with timely food delivery and guest requests.
