Lead multiple teams from 40 moderators doing general moderation to a specialized 10 person team specializing in Mis- and Disinformation as well as an Emergency Response and Child Safety Tracking.

Accomplishments:

• Set the overall direction for operational functions across three distinct teams, driving performance that consistently exceeded target KPIs. Ensured deliverables met defined quality standards to support effective Policy implementation across moderation workflows, including high-quality ground truth labeling for model training and evaluation. Acted as a key stakeholder in QA tracking, improving team accuracy from 85% to 95%.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Policy guidance is clear, enforceable and aligned with platform needs and goals, driving product efficacy.
• Identify and evaluate emerging Gen-Z, Gen-Alpha, and Mis/Dis trends in assigned, behaviors, and risks in workflow and translate insights into actionable Policy frameworks.
• Trained new team members and leads by relaying information on company procedures and requirements; often assisted team by assisting with coverage to meet production goals
• Conducted regular audits of existing policies to identify gaps, outdated guidance or areas requiring clarification or reinforcement.
• Contributed to external benchmarking and stakeholder discussions on content safety and Policy best practices.
• Hosted "off-sites" where stake holders from policy, quality, and product would discuss the best practices and ensure policy life was being evaluated and improved.

• Managed the Membership Department at the Nashville Zoo. Staffed several booths, put on several members only events and assisted in advertisement drives and system updates to ensure accuracy.

• Developed policy guidance and playbooks for licensure processes for corporate in order to obtain liquor licenses in the state of Michigan.
• Maintained licensure databases to ensure adherence to evolving state laws and industry regulations.
• Responded to inquiries from government stakeholders and regulatory bodies regarding licensure information.

• Accomplishments:
• Scheduled in home care for underprivileged individuals in Davidson county.
• Oversaw interview process and certification process for caregivers/nurses.
• Cross trained other scheduling coordinators through middle Tennessee to ensure processes and policies were being followed by all branches of company.
