Summary

I leveraged my entry level position as a personal trainer to quickly increase profit and a build rapport with YMCA members which earned the respect and commitment of branch staff and wellness employees. It was an easy transition into the leadership position of regional personal training director. The innovations and excitement to elevate performance quickly, translated into quantity and quality of trainers, an increase in fitness assessments and youth orientations, greater relationship building with leadership in branches and regionally; to successfully build nutrition program for the Dallas Metropolitan YMCA.

Possessed by a meaningful higher purpose to serve, the commitment drives work ethic far beyond Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm; I would fully embrace the opportunity and take great care to lead by example with the community and key figures. Obviously, Coppell is home base for many full-time staff and being in the physical vicinity to build stronger relationships, contribute my strengths to association as a whole, participate in the development and support of programs, as I have interests specifically in the area of mental health, which Curt Hazelbaker mentioned at the recognition breakfast as a direction the YMCA will be partnering/pursuing.
