-Conduct assessments including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and EFL to develop individualized treatment plans.

- Design and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to the unique needs of each client, with a focus on reducing challenging behaviors and prompting skill acquisition.

- Analyze data to monitor progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust intervention strategies as needed.

-Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians, including modeling techniques, providing constructive feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and daily compassionate support.

- Provide direct consultation using a passionate approach to support clients, families, and caregivers on behavior management strategies, interventions, caregiver trainings and resources.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including therapists, educators, and health care professionals, to coordinate care and promote consistency and generalization in treatment goals across settings.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including re-authorization calls to insurance, assessment results, treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports.

- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Behavior Board (BACB).
