With hands-on experience in early childhood care, I’ve seen the powerful impact that early experiences have on a child’s emotional, cognitive, and social development. My work with children has sparked a deep passion for understanding the psychological foundations of their behavior and well-being. This led me to pursue a degree in child psychology, where I can merge practical experience with academic knowledge. I am especially interested in developing skills that support children through culturally responsive, trauma-informed approaches. By combining theory and practice, I aim to become a compassionate, effective advocate for young people, especially those from underserved communities. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to the field of child psychology and help create environments where every child can thrive.
