I established Star Fishy Swim School in 2005 to provide water safety instruction for toddlers, children and adults in the comforts of their own home. I specialize in one-to-one instruction by customizing lessons plans suited to the students specific needs.

Prepared healthy meals for the children, helping instill healthy eating habits. Built a positive and nurturing environment to support their social and emotional growth. Supporting the children in play activities, meals and snacks, hygiene and socialization. Organized different types of activities to enhance physical and intellectual development. My responsibilities included overseeing outdoor curriculum for 80 children. Planning curriculum, preparing and executing activities that would engage and challenge children. Ensuring that children are learning while different senses are being stimulated such as ocular, auditory, olfactory, and sensory. Maintaining the outdoor classroom organized, and ensuring that all materials are being rotated. I have worked in almost every role at this preschool. I have been assistant to the director to a floating teacher as well as a substitute teacher.

My responsibilities included implementing exercise programs and training strategies, which bolstered individual and team performance. Reminded athletes to display and promote good sportsmanship with competing teams in and out of the pool.

Planning the curriculum. I was responsible for a small group of children. Engaging them in age appropriate activities through art, music and outdoor play helps promote their social emotional development. I worked there 2004 school year through 2006, then 2011 to 2013.

My responsibilities included managing registration, including scheduling and assessing new swimmers. Responsible for the newsletter for both the competitive and non competitive team. Constant communication with parent's. Coordinating schedules, arranging permits for the pre competitive and competitive team,. Tracking coaches certifications, schedules. Managing and tracking the revenue.

As a lifeguard my duty is to protect the safety of the swimmers. My obligation was preventing accidents by enforcing rules.

My responsibilities included scheduling weekly classes. Constantly being in contact with all instructors. Online research for children's educational toys, books, instruments and uniforms. Maintaining the office by ordering merchandise and office supplies, stocking and organizing. Sorting incoming mail, coordinating shipping. Main- taining company phone list and contact information. My responsibilities were to oversee the Private Swim Lessons Program. I planned and arranged the day to day schedules, It included customer service; as much of my time was spent speaking with clients. I also had to have good communication with the staff. As a swim instructor, I taught water safety skills.
