• Facilitate monthly meetings and manage committee operations, serving as the primary link between frontline clinical staff and Clinical Directors to report progress.
• Launched the C3 slack channel to foster community, resulting in increased team engagement and active participation.

• Served as Charge Nurse directing clinical operations for a high-risk 23-bed LDR, 8-bed OBED, and 4 operating rooms; coordinated shift priorities, managed clinical escalations, and collaborated across postpartum, antepartum, and NICU units.
• Provided clinical instruction and guidance while precepting nurses to enhance safe practice and foster professional development.
• Managed obstetric emergencies and coordinated care with multidisciplinary teams while assessing maternal and fetal well-being.
