As Journeyman Electrician,

working under ground AC and DC, Install sectionalized cabinet , move to terms , T-body installation , combiner boxes and T-boxes terms.

2). AES MORRIS MO: July to January 2025

As an an Electrician - leadman

manage a 2 group: 1a) a group of 4 over phones, labels and merging.

2a) a group 13 over combiner boxes installation , harness #8 terms and dc terms.

PENNINGTON SOLAR: January to June

As an Electrician Forman

over AC terminations.

• After MV and DC installation, responsible for harness crew, plug and play crew, terminated crew (combiner box and invertor), report all issues and all daily production.

• Working in remediation, visual inspection, pull out test, foundation, torque check.
• Daily report and daily inspection for all equipment using to perform.

• Responsible for plug and play, harness, wire management, Bla hanging.

• MV term, run wire, dc level 2 term, installation of combiner box, run conduit
• House keeping (gather all loose debris, stage and prep all hardware/material.
• Pulling DC and MV cable preparing splicing where ever is in need.

• Prepare JHA and explain the daily plan to the team, inspection of tools using to perform; meg texting, VOC texting, combiner box termination, invertor termination.
• Check harness crew and plug and play crew daily tasks, make sure everyone in the team is performing their task safely.
• Return all report all work and daily production at the end of the day.

• Picked up and dropped off riders at specific locations following strict time schedules. Complied with traffic rules and regulations to operate vehicle and safe legal manner. Refueled assigned bus and regularly checked oil and water levels to maintain bus in operating condition.
