I believe that I would be a great addition to the program. I have many skills such as multitasking, problem solving, and time management. I’ve had experience with these sets of skills. The program’s main goals are similar to mine which impresses me. The skillset of the program fits me and with those skills, I believe I can be a great fit by providing you hard work every day and helping as much as I can to make this program reach the goals it has. I am motivated to work for a program that I’ve always wanted to work for. Sometimes people make the mistake of thinking that young age might be a disadvantage to take on a leadership or coaching position, but I disagree completely. I have been raised by a family and a generation that believes and has proven that eagerness, hunger, and determination can put you at the place you want to be. Most people believe that experience comes with age, but it depends where you come from and what army you have behind you, giving you all the support.
I’ve always admired your athletic program and I am impressed with how the program is looking to move forward to change in the future. I’ve heard many positive things about your program and how everyone is treated kindly and how everyone works together to be successful through dedication and hard work. Your program's goals are similar to mine and I would love to join your program because I have always imagined myself working in a school program where I used to go to, help student-athletes reach their highest potential, and by having been a former athlete at this school, I gave it all I had to bring proudness to the school and to all faculty by showing how great of role models they have been to have inspired a young man to play his heart out on the court and not just academically.
