Accomplishments

LTD - Manufacturing BE Metals Department Award

Recognition of an outstanding contribution towards onboarding critical tool sets. Supportorting spec updates, virtual factory transfers and technician training. Helping in the introduction of un-forecasted, first of a kind redistribution layer in record time.

Equipment Experience

  • Applied Endura PVD Equipment
  • Robotic mechanisms for PVD production tool sets
  • Wafer Robotics handling

      - Closely inspected robot blades/bearings/touch pads for wafer handling and identified a

discrepancy in parts between tool sets causing high defect counts in the process.

Replaced and upgraded blades and resolved years of elevated defect counts.

  • Slit Valve/Slit Doors using pneumatics understanding and troubleshooting experience
  • Fiber optics cables and amplifier handling
  • Chamber pressure Testing using Baratron/Ion Gauges
  • DC Power Supplies for PVD Tesing
  • RF Generator Plasma Source for PVD pedestal wafer chucking

     - Owned and performed a fab wide safety audit for proper solenoid and bolt installation on

all RF sources. Upgraded equipment solenoid valves leading to all RF Generators due to

        high cost leak incidents.

  • Cryopump installation and Troubleshooting
  • Equipment Leak Detection
