- Build and over see the exucution both Part 91 and Part 135 domestic and international trips.
- Arrange logistics for both part 135 and part 91 domestic and international trips, including but not limited, to slots, permits, transportation, etc.
- Continuously check the weather, NOTAMs and TFRs for any and all locations our fleet will be flying to.
- Assist with flight plans accounting for aircraft performance, aircraft loading, e-route wind, turbulence forecasts and airport conditions.
- Complete a FRAT in conjunction with the crews for each leg flown.
- In direct contact with both brokers and aircraft owners in regards to their trips.
- Supervise 8 other flight controllers to ensure trips are being handled appropriately.
- Provide training to all new hires.
- I have been delegated operation control of the fleet and have the authority and responsibility for initiating, conducting and terminating a flight.

- Maintaining tugs, Lektros, fuel trucks, crew cars and golf carts in running order
- Routinely use a forklift to maneuver and reposition 55 gallon barrels.
