Summary

Experienced federal law enforcement professional with over 15 years of proven expertise in managing complex international initiatives, specializing in deployment to Mexico, Central America, and South America. Skilled in partnering with regional law enforcement agencies to combat transnational organized crime and terrorism through strategic collaboration, intelligence sharing, and capacity building. Adept at designing and implementing initiatives that enhance regional security, disrupt criminal networks, and foster sustainable security frameworks across diverse cultural and governmental landscapes. Fluent in multiple languages and experienced in navigating multicultural environments to strengthen international partnerships. Committed to advancing innovative law enforcement solutions, promoting interagency coordination, and strengthening regional efforts to combat transnational crime and terrorist threats. In particular, I played a pivotal role in the development and establishment of a multinational intelligence sharing fusion center in San Salvador. I engaged extensively with high-ranking officials from Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Panama, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic, successfully facilitating their participation in this regional hub. Serving as the only U.S. representative on the board of directors—comprising senior law enforcement officials from each participating country—I helped establish governance policies and strategic priorities for the center. Under my leadership, the fusion center became a vital tool in regional security efforts, leading to the identification and apprehension of over 10,000 members of transnational criminal organizations and known terrorists, significantly disrupting criminal networks and terrorist activities. My efforts fostered international collaboration, improved intelligence sharing, and contributed to the collective security of the region.

Professional with comprehensive background in management and strategic planning. Known for driving operational improvements and fostering collaborative team atmosphere. Exhibits adaptability and strong focus on achieving results, utilizing conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
