• Offer accurate medical information and assistance both in-person and through phone/email communication.
• Handle various administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Conduct health screening procedures such as measuring blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Perform finger sticks to obtain samples for assessing donor hematocrit and protein levels.
