I’m a hardworking and dedicated Biochemistry major on the pre-med track at Dominican University, where I’ve maintained a 3.9 GPA. I’ve gained strong lab and research experience through courses like Neurobiology, Organic Chemistry, and Genetics, which have helped me build important skills for a future in medicine. Outside of the lab, I work as a tutor and teaching assistant at my university, helping students in Chemistry, Physics, and Math. These roles have improved my communication, teaching, and leadership skills. Living near Chicago has also made it easier for me to gain clinical experience and work opportunities, giving me more exposure to the medical field. I’m committed to continuing to grow and learn as I prepare for medical school and a career in healthcare.
