• Supported the Rheinmetall Automotive North American Hard parts division with:
• Financial and Management reports
• Financial planning and plan deviation analysis
• Physical inventory
• Project costing and capital asset applications and presentations for the Rheinmetall board of directors
• Developed the North American CAPEX portal in SharePoint
• Served as a member of the management team for region North America

• Leading the Finance department of the Umeå production plant by:
• Ensuring that the AR, AP, Accounting, and monthly reporting functions were working as they should
• Developing the management reporting system of the plant to fall in line with the Komatsu way, which aimed to support our lean effort resulting in a 5% efficiency increase on the production floor over the next five years without layoffs
• Preparing and presenting the monthly production report to the Komatsu Forest Division's top management together with the Production VP
• Taking the lead in the budget preparation work
• Investment business case preparation for Forest Division top management

• This position and its duties mirrored the one in Sweden but we were not working in the Komatsu Way system, the company was smaller and I had the added responsibility of HR.

• Led the global effort of a SOX implementation project by:
• Preparing all plants and service centers in scope for the upcoming work (two in Sweden, one in Australia and one in the US.)
• Mapping all of our core processes
• Assessing the risks of the processes and the controls that were in place to mitigate them
• If necessary, change the control structure, when necessary, if we saw flaws in it
• Perform tests of the control structure to ensure that they worked as designed
• Assisting the external auditors in their work
• The effort has so far never had any major discrepancy reported by auditors
