• Ensure availability for patients questions and concerns, for Example to explain the principles behind the technology used
• Document all equipment and system maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety checks and routine task are conducted and documented in a timely fashion according to the established Policies and procedures.
• Responsible for equipment cleaning and disinfecting according to specified standards after repair and maintenance has been Performed.
• Conducted routine inspections and preventive maintenance on medical devices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate the completion and documentation of ongoing technical CQI activities as appropriate
• Update and provide management with feedback regarding any Improvement strategies that may be implemented.
• Calibrated and maintained biomedical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with updating chemical inventory list.
• Cooperate with facility staff to ensure all regulatory and OSHA Requirements are met.
• Collect water samples for AAMI analysis according to company, State, and federal regulations and document as appropriate. Notify the appropriate personnel if results are outside of the Required/standard parameter.

• Coordinate with the appropriate vendors to ensure all dialysate And electrical leakage meters are calibrated as required.

• Render patient care and administered hemodialysis treatments to patients with renal failure, end stage.
• Successfully provide quality care to 18 patients daily in 18 outpatient dialysis Prison facility.
• Responsible for making RO water, bicarbonate and acid solutions for dialysis treatments and performing water quality safety checks according to policy standards.
• Record accurate and timely information regarding vital signs and treatment parameters onto the hemodialysis treatment sheet with initial identification.
• Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their well-being since their last treatment, reporting any complaint or observations to the nurse supervisor.
• Obtain necessary pre-and post treatment vital signs and weight.
• Monitor patient's response to therapy.
• Set-up and monitor dialysis and systems.
• Observe dialysis machines and RO water system for correct functioning.
