· Assign the daily activities of the Product Assurance Technicians
· Provide quality input and support for operational team Standard Operating Procedures.
· Validate process data reported to customers based on analytical information and manufacturing conditions.
· Support site quality objectives of operations and the business through the implementation of best practices and systems to ensure customer requirements are met
· Act as reviewing authority for release of product including issuing Certificates of Analysis (COAs) or Certificates of Compliance (COC’s) to customers for product shipments; maintaining customer CofA database.
· Review and approve monthly and quarterly customer quality charts.
· Actively participate in the process for Control of Non-conforming Product and the Material Review Board (MRB)
· Oversee and direct investigations of customer and internal quality concerns as appropriate and verify as part of the internal audits the corrective actions taken in response to CQRs or IQRs
· Participate and conduct quality training as requested by reporting Manager for new hires and current employees on regular intervals.
· Provide quality standard review of special projects and coordination of routine and special sampling requirements.
