  • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of 1600 TLS machines as well as all gaming related POS terminals and their peripherals.
  • Using MS Active Directory, I was responsible for making sure all employees had the correct permissions (from our servers) to perform their daily duties also, adding new employees to the system and disabling old ones
  • In this position, I oversaw the entire TLS Technical department, this included initial hiring, training, quarterly reviews, discipline, and termination
  • Responsible for adequate staffing, ordering parts and tools, scheduling third party vendor maintenance for machines and servers, collaborating with various other departments to facilitate installations and machine moves (Engineering, IT, Security)

  • Responsible for maintaining a fleet of ready to use parts as well as new inventory and materials
  • I played a key leadership role to the installation of new slot machines on the casino floor as I was responsible for having all parts ready before the install, making sure that the casino floor was ready for the install (having available power and communications conduits prepared prior to install), and scheduling staff to ensure the install was completed in a timely manner
  • For every install, I was responsible for ensuring all proper documentation was properly prepared in accordance with the guidelines set forth by our Slot System Administrator and tribal gaming
  • During my time in this position, I designed a report generating program (using MS Access) to help label and prioritize repairs this made it much easier for the other technicians to spot trends of down equipment and plan accordingly.
