I played a key leadership role to the installation of new slot machines on the casino floor as I was responsible for having all parts ready before the install, making sure that the casino floor was ready for the install (having available power and communications conduits prepared prior to install), and scheduling staff to ensure the install was completed in a timely manner
For every install, I was responsible for ensuring all proper documentation was properly prepared in accordance with the guidelines set forth by our Slot System Administrator and tribal gaming
During my time in this position, I designed a report generating program (using MS Access) to help label and prioritize repairs this made it much easier for the other technicians to spot trends of down equipment and plan accordingly.
