As the business owner of Crown Heights House of Glatt, I successfully ran the store, which sold meat, poultry, and delicatessen items. In addition, I had a meat and poultry concession at one of the largest grocery stores. 

My responsibilities included but were not limited to; daily store operations, purchasing, inventorying, bookkeeping, advertising, customer services, and  compliance. I managed a team of over 20 employees and had excellent employee retention. 

Crown Heights House of Glatt was a community business, and I was a core and trusted member of the community. Customers regarded me for my honesty, caring, and knowledge of the industry.
