I am Arpana Gurjar, an Indian immigrant residing in Seattle, Washington, and a passionate advocate for health and fitness. My journey from a corporate career to the world of yoga was driven by my love for travel, hiking, and CrossFit. I am a certified E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 instructor, having completed my training at a prestigious yoga school in Bangalore, India, and under the guidance of the renowned teacher Jason Crandell.
With a deep-rooted yoga education background in India, I have immersed myself in various forms of yoga, including Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, and Therapeutic Yoga. My journey in yoga has been one of continuous learning and growth, shaping me into an experienced and accomplished yoga teacher. For the past few years, I have been registered in Washington and have made Bothell my home, where I run a small studio.
As the proud owner and founder of Patva Yoga, my thriving studio located in Bothell near Seattle, I offer a diverse array of classes, including Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy for special conditions, Meditation, Philosophy, and Chanting.
