  • Designed and synthesized DNA-Pt-fluorophore complexes for site-specific therapy, demonstrating successful light-triggered activation using gel electrophoresis and cancer cell imaging.
  • Collaborative work with Dr. Mao's lab to determine the distribution and intermolecular force between aptamer molecules and specific proteins on the cell surface (Hela) or lipid bilayer by using single-molecule technology. Implemented gel electrophoresis, cell culture, flow cytometry, and magnetic tweezers.
