• Screening & short-listing of resumes Scheduling Interview, coordinate with Technical team for Tests & Interviews.
• Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems like Bond Adapt and Find IT for maintenance of the database.
• Scheduling Interview, status reporting. Submitting to Team Leader/ Manager.
• Recruited Software professionals across various levels and technology.
• Handling Agency requirements independently finalizing the rates, submitting the candidate’s profile.
• Pre-screening the resumes before submitting to hiring managers and talking to the candidates in detail about requirement.
• Co-ordinate with the candidates for availability & interviews.
• Organizing technical interviews for the short listed candidates.
• Conducting HR interviews and Salary negotiations with the selected candidates.
• Consult with hiring managers to define competencies for specific roles.
