Take calls to Scheduled, reschedule, or cancel patients. Put pending refill to providers, register patients, and cover for greeters at different front desk if needed. We get calls for all 5 location and all departments such as primary care, gynecology, dental, behavioral health, and gastrointestinal. On average we take 80-100 calls a day each and about 700 calls all together as a team. We use Epic and also help patients with set up of MyChart.

strengthen overall development and growth.
Get a Reservation card ready for check in, check in guest, check out guest, laundry, make sure common areas are clean and stocked (bathrooms, pool areas, lounge areas, lobby, and dining area), assist guests in what they need
help with.
Assisted group with any clerical need by
efficiently handling telephone calls, records management needs and correspondence. Kept office equipment functioning
optimally by troubleshooting problems and completing basic maintenance. Stocked materials in organized and useful manner
