- Laid off during workforce reduction in March 2023
- Lead a team of three AP Clerks in the Retail section of the Accounts payable from March of 2022- August 2022, the team was then outsourced to an Indian AP company called HCL. I along with the other leads were recognized company wide for our contribution to AP and were the only people that were retained after Accounts Payable was sent over seas.
- Became one of three people trusted with the transition to the new AP team (HCL). Included 1 week of preparation, 1 week of presentation and review of protocols, systems, and softwares with HCL leadership, 2.5 months of training leads and clerks (3-4 hours a day), and 3 months reviewing of their work after implementation.
- Received vendor invoices, validated for accuracy and routed for approval to prepare for payment processing.
- Generated reports to analyze utilities , construction, vehicle production/service, and facility maintenance expenses.
- Handled sensitive and confidential documents and information to maintain corporate reputation. including but not limited to domestic and international banking information (USA, CAD, NL, DE, KSA, etc.), authorization of direct debits, checks, and access to nearly every utility/telecom web portal.
- Assisted with regular audits for companies like Grant Thornton, Deloitte, and PWC by generating reports and collecting and consolidating invoice information.

- Provided strong customer service and support to prevent invoice and expense issues.
