Having prior experience with children is definitely ideal into having success and break throughs with children. Along with working as a dance aid instructor, I also took several of college leveled classes in Child Development, Child Psychopathology, and Early Childhood Education courses. In these courses we would work with children in preschools while observing them in classes and creating lessons plans.
