- In this role, I led the design and deployment of advanced electronic sensor devices for monitoring peat bog growth and environmental changes. These devices, engineered for durability in harsh outdoor conditions, collect and store local data, which is periodically transmitted over long distances using LoRa communication to a master device. From there, the data is uploaded to the internet via 4G NB-IoT for real-time monitoring and analysis. I optimized the devices for energy efficiency, implementing sleep modes to enable long-term, low-power operation. My responsibilities encompassed the complete development process, from electronic design and device manufacturing to testing and field deployment.
