As a Life insurance customer service representative I spoke with current policy holders to help them to understand their life insurance policies. I respond to customer inquiries ranging from simple requests such as address changes to complex inuqiries such as billing issues, beneficiary descrepancies. I have successfully dealt with every type of customer from satisfied to extremely irrate. This position requires an indepth knowledge of all types of life insurance policies from basic life to more complex policies such as variable or annuity.
