
I have always had a passion for food since I was young. However, I began my culinary journey in college, while running track, and going to school. I began as a prep cook, at Cold Creek Cafe. Later, after moving back to San Francisco I have had an opportunity to cook under some great Chefs, where I have learned a variety of skills, techniques, and methods! In November 2022, I embarked on my own personal, and professional aspirations to own my own juicing and street vending business. During that time I acomplished, and learned many more things, through experiance. However, I am motivated and determined to learn more, and gain more experiance and knowledge, in the hospitality business of culinary arts. I am a talented Cook with excellent experience in fast-paced kitchen environments. Clear communicator with team-oriented focus and advanced skills to effectively work with cashiers and kitchen staff to review and prepare orders. Qualified and hardworking with up-to-date food handling permit.
I started these businesses to pursue my own culinary dreams.
However, because of a number of circumstances, my personal ventures are on hold at the moment.
