  • As ship clerk was able to reduce Late To Departs from 30 per week to average 1-2 per week based on Lummin.
  • Also as main ship clerk for BHN I did reduced the amount of BPS from 3 digits ( over 250 BPS per day ) to under 50 BPS per day.
  • As main BHN ship clerk was able to bring down the amount of rolled freight from 4.5k - 5.5k daily averaging a year ago , to nowadays 1,2k - 1,5k daily , as huge improvements I also did a improvement when we talk about Late To Tdr out CPT , from a year ago the site was averaging from 10+ late to tdr , to nowadays results are 0-3 late to tdr per shift.
  • Still the only one across the 4 shifts to break the lower staging percentage twice , first time was down to 23 containers in last year , and this year broke it again with 18 containers on stage , a record that nobody has done at my site since it was opened.
  • Assisted supervisors in workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak periods.
