Accomplishments

    NANO T1120 125mm FTT Increase from 84% to 96%

    Date Accomplished

    01-May-2023

    Last Updated Date

    17-Aug-2023

    Description

I developed a subroutine that help the tool to reduce the torque applied in the tool as a result we improve the metric of unscheduled change practically to zero. The project is control phase.

Tool life average before: 140 cycles per tool

Tool life average after: 180 cycles per tool (Expected to increase to 250 without affecting the FTT).

Conrod New Desing tool PIN bore

    Date Accomplished

    01-Jun-2022

    Last Updated Date

    17-Aug-2023

    Description

With support of EWIE, we implemented a new tool design that prevent fissures at the negative insert. During 2022 conrod hardness change we were affected with fissures in almost all the cutters.

With this project reduce cost preventing damages to the durables

A fissured cutter causes diameter variation this improvement help to control this issue.

NANO Low Pressure Coolant System Project

    Date Accomplished

    01-Jan-2022

    Last Updated Date

    17-Aug-2023

    Description

I work in this project due to the high impact in MTTR and MTBF, the project consist in change the main and secondary valves to an upgrade, we use an electro pneumatic repositioning valve.

Before the project we have constantly affectations of damaged valves and obstructed coolant return pipes. Constantly valves damaged and high JPH loosed.

    Annual Savings: $ 20K USD

obstructed coolant return pipes events practically null.

This project has an high impact on the quality life to the technician.

    JPH Improvement (3.57)

    Date Accomplished

    27-Apr-2019

    Last Updated Date

    06-Oct-2022

    Description

3.57 JPH improvement Excessive time during scanning Data Matrix code 82% improvement reducing lost time

With this project we improve MTTR and MTBF reducing the reject, SCRAP and reworks.

I play baseball

I have beed playing amateur baseball in a local league at my city for 8 years, I play at three deferent positions: Left fielder, pitcher and second base. I enjoy doing great plays where I need to make an extra effort to catch a ball as an outfielder, I started pitching because in my team does not have many players so I have to learn how to throw a ball in a very reduce strike area. Also batting is really difficult so it is really challenging to make a great hit. In resume this is a team sport but it takes a lot of effort and skills to play your role as good as possible.
