Providing friendly customer service to those who come for an expertly crafted beverage and tenaciously supporting my partners on the floor. Troubleshooting any issues that arise in a fast paced and hectic environment. I have placed myself in a position where I can actively coach and aid my partners in standards/expectations set by the company, and positively impact their experience as Baristas. Promoting to Barista Trainer, I was given the ability to rigorously train and produce passionate partners ready to step into their roles as Baristas. Taking on the role as Barista trainer whilst handling my role as a Barista was a much needed challenge, bolstering my hunger and need for a leadership role to further the impact of my work.
