Adept at driving project success, leveraging project management and interpersonal skills at Topete's Construction Inc, Fat Rock Inc, and GenJazz Solutions Inc to exceed performance targets. Personal and professional strategic approach to team leadership and problem-solving fostered enhanced collaboration, ensuring projects met deadlines with outstanding quality. If any unforeseen event took place taking responsibility was the first thing done, second was to offer solutions before asking, "what can be done?".
Recognized for adaptability and meticulous attention to detail, consistently improved processes and team efficiency when and where it seemed fit. Ensured the companies had great business to business relationships as well as client to contractor relationships. Always tried to find the right moments to upsell projects and aid in company profits by being successful in completing tasks before time.
In Fat Rock I went from being a helper to a setter within 2 years and being in charge of commercial projects, trusted to do work without supervision and collecting funds and depositing to the bank. I recruited people and trained alongside the CEO of the company and eventually had a position in Sales for a brief period before I went to learn a new trade at GenJazz Solutions. There I learned electrical work, mostly residential and new construction and light plan reading as well as more customer service training and sales opportunities. Enhancing my interpersonal skills I went to work for a General Construction company where I learned much more on building and client relationships as well as quality control. At a young age in each company I grew to positions of leadership and responsibility in a short period due to my quick thinking and observational skills.
