Company Overview:
Civix is a product-based company specializing in delivering technology solutions to various government agencies. The primary focus of my role is ensuring the quality of a configurable enterprise product that automates Secretary of State business services across multiple U.S. states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led quality assurance efforts for a configurable enterprise application tailored to meet unique state-level requirements.
• Participated in the full product lifecycle from requirement gathering to development, QA, UAT support, and production deployment.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Developers, to define, review, and understand client-specific requirements and ensure functional coverage.
• Designed and executed functional, integration, and regression test cases using Test Director, TestRail, and TestLink.
• Supported Agile sprint planning by organizing deliverables into requirement-based clusters after consultation with clients.
• Performed smoke testing in development and QA environments post-deployment to ensure system stability.
• Logged, tracked, and verified defect resolutions in Jira and Azure DevOps, ensuring transparency and traceability.

• Company Overview: Disney+ is Disney’s digital streaming service featuring collection of movies, TV shows in multiple languages available around the world. Worked on Disney+ and Hotstar customer integration applications enhancements to bring them into cloud.
• Involved in reviewing requirements for testability, usability, and interacted with development teams with regards to application functionality.
• Worked with Product owner, Project manager and development team to understand the requirements and taking ownership of the application.
• Created test plan, documented test cases, and test execution plans in Jira Xray
• Involved in writing automation test cases and fixing automation script bugs.
• Involved in the Continuous Integration of the automation tests for both UI and API with Jenkins.

• Company Overview: The Movement Planner (MP) is a network level planning system for railroad traffic control. It automates the movement of train traffic and improves on-time performance while moving trains across its entire network. Movement Planner works by constantly assessing and determining a plan consistent with business objectives. These plans are automatically implemented in signaled territory using an auto-router (AR). The auto-router follows the instructions of the Movement Planner and clears signals to automate train movement. In non-signaled territory, Dispatchers will continue to issue track authorities. By looking across the entire network, the Movement Planner enables to achieve network objectives, which cannot be achieved with each dispatcher managing their individual territories.
• Involved in Requirement Analysis and Validations.

• Configured Selenium Web Driver, Test-NG, Maven tool and created Selenium automation scripts in Java using Test-NG prior to next quarter release.
