  • New product development: As a product owner of Point of Sale, launched an in-house ground-up Self-check-out product backed by vision based product identification leading a team of 3 product managers and 45 engineers.
  • Defect Reduction: As Amazon Maps product owner, improved the Geocode, Address and Amazon Maps quality by enriching data sourced from 3rd party sources and accurately predicting delivery locations; Built UI features for Amazon Delivery Associates to navigate and accurately locate delivery locations within 10metres of the desired delivery point resulting into a 500 BPS improvement in “Unable to Locate” delivery defects. Led a cross functional team comprising of 6 different operations, business and tech teams to drive alignment.
  • Concept definition: Piloted, launched and got incremental funding for building a new product vision for launching an Amazon storage solution leading to incremental network capacity at a much lower cost for Amazon Sellers. Pilot resulted in realizing an annual savings of $44MM through 2021 with an entitlement of $800MM over a period of 3 years;
