Switchgear (AIS, GIS, ACB, VCB), Transformer, HV Generator, Motor (AC & DC), hard-wire control system and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Distribution Control System (DCS), MV (3.3KV) and LV (400 ~ 660 Volt)
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
Hand-on troubleshooting with Instrument equipment troubleshooting, servicing, and calibration such as temperature, pressure, weigher system, flow-meter, gas analyzer, gas detector, level measurement, Pneumatics, and hydraulic, motorized damper, etc.

Safety: Ensure the department has zero accidents by organizing internal and external training periodically carrying out fire drill exercises and ensuring the fire fighting system is in good and operable condition.
Human Resource Development: Develop middle manager by providing internal and external training. Plan long-term training programs for engineers and technicians.
