• Managed Industries/Vertical's group for CX which was focused on 4 Major Industries (Telecommunications, Financial Services, Consumer Goods/Retail and High-Tech Manufacturing/Automotive) and building applications/cloud offerings for each of these Industries.
• Focused on major reset strategy and setting group up for success with building innovative products on Cloud Native technologies. Was able to turn around business and get several customers for Oracle with strong focus on innovation and customer success.
• Trail Blazed with innovative SAAS Offerings built on Oracle's Cloud Native OCI Platform. Delivered platform with strong mobile, visualization and API first capabilities. Also focused on data management, analytics and AI/ML based capabilities.
• Grew to team to almost 150+ worldwide with engineering, dev ops, release, automation and UI Designers. Managed direct reporting structure of 12 VPs/Senior directors and Directors.
• Grew business organically to $100 Million+ from scratch and was also Executive Sponsor on several customer accounts responsible for their Go Lives and continued customer success .
• Architecture based on Helidon based Microservices, Kafka , Kubernetes, Redis , Object Store, Function As Service, JET for UI.

• Responsible for key set of products in CX Sales and Service which included Productivity and Collaboration Suite, Mobile Applications, Mobile Platform, Platform Support for Vertical features.
• Innovative offerings included building platform/tooling and apps for Native iOS/Android and Hybrid Mobile, new mobile and desktop features for Sales/Service verticals, Productivity Applications for Microsoft Office 365, Google Mail .
• Gained significant customer success by partnering with Microsoft in building innovative Sales Application with Office 365 which included innovative Sync Engine capabilities between Oracle Sales Cloud and Office 365.
• Delivered Low-Code platform features and capabilities to support extensibility for Vertical applications.
• Managed Global team of 100+ in India, US, Ukraine and Mexico.

• Initially hired to focus on turnaround of acquisition product Live Agent which had seen significant customer attrition for Salesforce Service Cloud. Product is key part of product portfolio for Service Cloud. Was able to turn around product by fixing quality and Cloud Service issues in 2 quarters and set it up for success with huge number of Enterprise customer Deployments.
• Grew my portfolio of products and managed several other products like Omni Channel, Service Always, SOS/Co Browse and Messaging.
• Managed team of 50+ across globe and laid foundation for Service Cloud business which is $7 Billion + business currently and fastest growing organic business for SFDC.
• Devised innovative Data Center strategy working with Cloud Operations and improved Service Levels of SAAS Service significantly resulting in customer success and increased renewal rates.

• Responsible for building most comprehensive Analytics and Data Management capabilities into new Fusion ERP Cloud. Embedded multi-dimensional and calculation engine capabilities for near Realtime calculation/aggregation to power Oracle General Ledger and Sub Ledger applications.
• Built innovative data visualization and platform/tooling to support all types of users from Power Users in Excel to Executive Dashboards on Web which allowed rapid adoption across Enterprise SAAS Customers and rapidly grew Oracle's market share.
• Managed team of engineers, UI designers and dev ops to deliver first few releases on Cloud. Also focused on implementation and customer success for early adopters.

Hyperion, a Leader in Performance Management software was acquired by Oracle in 2007.

• Part of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, was responsible for overall technical architecture/ownership, strategy and vision. Also focused on investment areas for product and suite while delivering features across Platform and supporting Vertical capabilities on it.
• Spearheaded efforts around common Master Data Management platform for Hyperion Planning and Consolidation applications. Built features around Master Data authoring and management, versioning/source control, sandboxes, branching and several critical features.
• Focused on customer deployments and performance/scalability issues to scale planning application to support huge data volumes and concurrency. Delivered on auto scaling and significant performance improvements for queries/calculations.
• Coordinated and managed team efforts across global team to deliver on $300 Million+ business .

1st Employee/Architect hired into the team after the Founders for a Supply Chain Planning startup funded by Tier 1 Mayfield Funds.

• Was hired to build up engineering team and also code 1st Release of product.
• Extremely innovative offering based on RFID Tagging of products to solve for complex supply chain and retail problems.
• I wrote version 1 of product working with world class engineering team and was responsible for bringing in early customers and solid Revenue growth. Delivered proprietary complex data management/processing engine built in pre Spark and Hadoop days.
• Used lot of new technologies at that time including Spring, Hibernate, Ajax, J2EE features like EJB, MDB to build Version1 in less than 6 months.

• Delivered several features and product capabilities across Application Groups (Financials, Supply Chain) and Portal/Content Management Suite.
• Quickly moved to Tech Lead and Manager through steady promotions and successful delivery/execution.
