Arvene Yeager

As a master technician and lead technician my job is to inspect/check over vehicles, write up repairs with appropriate parts and labor, diagnosis and test vehicles, and repair vehicles. In my current shop I strictly work on German vehicles including BMW, Mini, VWAG, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, and Volvo. I use multiple different diagnostic tools: Autoland Iscan, Autologic, Xentry, ODIS, ISTA, and Autel. As a lead technician I support other technicians in repairs and diagnosis as needed. Trouble cars in the shop more than often come to me to diagnose and repair. I work on anything from classic to brand new cars.

My duties as technician were to check over and repair vehicles. Anything from oil changes, suspension, drivability and electrical. This is where I started while taking courses at Brookdale. I gained real life experience and learned a lot about the industry, eventually leaning towards my niche in German cars and making the move to Autobahn.
