• To develop, review and provide Instruction on a variety of BNPP (Barakah Nuclear Power Plant) General Training. This Includes Implementation of the SAT process associated with all phases of ADDIE (Analysis, Design,
• Development. Implementation, and Evaluation). Administrative support for the training· and database maintenance to support training as a required duty.
• Support needs analysis to formulate recommendations for training and non-training solution (such as workshop and awareness sessions).
• Develop objectives and examination tools to support training material design.
• Develop training material to meet program needs.
• Maintain training materials and assessment to ensure it remain current.
• Prepare and conduct assessments for BNPP General Training Courses.
• Ensure all training materials are documented and transmitted to document control as per the process and procedure.
• Supported multiple nuclear outages as part of the Rapid Observation & Trending Team to identify trends and help coach employees to curb the number of incidents and further educate the workforce

Nature of Business: Training Provider/Education, a subsidiary of the Proclad Group providing consultancy, training, education and manpower solutions specializing on Health, Safety and Environment, Welding and Oil & Gas

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct high quality HSE training courses in accordance with client needs and requirements
• This comprises of training needs analysis, competency mapping and bespoke training course development
• Delivers Health and Safety Training courses such as Basic First Aid, basic Fire Fighting, Confined Space, Ringing and Slinging, Banks man, Basic Forklift Operation, Basic Crane Operation
• Provides HSE standards and instructions that coincide with regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practice to recognize, evaluate, and control workplace exposures to chemical and physical agents and injury/illness risks
• Develop awareness on the Emergency Preparedness Team
• Conducts Risk Assessments and carry out internal safety audits and inspection when needed
• Liaise with other on-job training staff to ensure full compatibility of on-job & off-job training, meet with them regularly, & visit locations where trainees are receiving on-job training
• Ensure consistency of training activities & documentation across all company disciplines
• Monitors trainee progress & implement corrective action as necessary
• Prepare monthly written reports on program & trainees progress
• Obtain internationally recognized HSE course accreditation
• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities
• Respond to and follow up HSE enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits or using appropriate methods
• Develop ideas and create HSE courses
• Monitor and report HSE activities and provide relevant reports and information
• Communicate and coordinates using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of HSE training activities
• Attend and present external and internal HSE meetings with other company personnel's

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic Health, Safety and Environmental directives for the warehouse and Ensure HSE policies and procedures are understood
• Develop and maintain HSE standards and instructions to coincide with regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practice to recognize, evaluate, and control workplace exposures to chemical and physical agents and injury/illness risks
• Verify Company compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and ensures all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines
• Maintain frequent communications with Installation/Operations Management to ensure safety processes meet corporate and regulatory guidelines and operation's needs
• Assist Installations/Operations with incident case management support for assurance that all incidents are properly reported, managed, and documented
• Assist to identify and trend potential causes for near misses and incidents and provide recommendations for incident prevention improvements
• Conduct and lead facility/worksite inspections to audit and monitor work practices, site conditions, and operational behaviors
• Implementing the JAFZA HSE policies and Dubai municipality Law and all other International laws with regards to HSE policies and procedures
• Fully comply with and exercise due diligence in observing HSE standards requirements specified by Fluor HSE Policies, MoveOne HSE Requirement and Dubai rules and regulations
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of HSE initiatives across the facility in accordance to company's corporate policy
• Anticipate, recognize and evaluate hazards assess risks, and recommend controls to company management
• Report incidents and accidents taking place in the facility, carryout investigation, and report outcome as per HSE legal regulations and company policy
• Participates on the Emergency Preparedness Team, First Aid Team and provide First Aid as required and ensuring that First Aid Supplies are completely on stock
• Internal Audit within the warehouse when it comes to Health, Safety, Environmental Company's SOP
• Conducts Risk Assessment on HSE matters, Weekly Safety Talks to all Workers, HSE Trainings to all workshop workers and office personnel and Induction to new employees and visitors

Nature of Business: Utilities, Oil and Gas, Fully comply and exercise due diligence in observing all QHSE standards specified by Management and Dubai rules and regulations

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of HSE initiatives across the facility in accordance to company's corporate policy
• Lead the implementation of the HSE Management Systems ( OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001 )
• Anticipate, recognize and evaluate hazards assess risks, and recommend controls to company management
• Report incidents and accidents taking place in the facility, carryout investigation, and report outcome as per HSE legal regulations and company policy
