• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient comfort and safety.
• Adhere to infection control protocols during all patient interactions.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges and transfers.

40 hours worked per week

• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid to patrons as needed.
• Educate patrons on pool rules and best practices for water safety.
• Perform emergency rescues when necessary.
• Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the swimming area at all times.

• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records system.
• Maintain a safe environment by following infection control policies and procedures.
• Report any changes in patient status or behavior to the nursing staff immediately.
• Provide comfort measures such as back rubs, bed making, positioning in bed and chair, as requested by nurses or physicians.
