• Answer phone promptly and greet callers courteously, showing genuine concern.
• Identify needs of callers and schedule face-to-face clinical assessments when indicated.
• Facilitate callers' access to optimal levels of care within the Brentwood system.
• Refer callers not appropriate for Brentwood's services to other optimal service providers as necessary.
• Bond with and identify problems of callers thoroughly within a short period of time.
• Successfully schedule face-to-face assessments consistently.
• Provide a comfortable, caring approach to clients.
• Conduct thorough and concise assessments within 45 minutes and complete admissions within 1.5 to 2 hours.
• Make sound final dispositions with clients and seek advice from other clinical staff as indicated.
• Obtain and document admission diagnosis from attending doctor or designee in a timely manner.
• Ensure documentation is completed promptly and accurately, including forms, notes, and other applicable written information.
