I am a very hard working individual. I have a masters in goal setting an a minor in simply helping my fellow workers achieve their goals. I am the type of person who is hungry for knowlage. If you come to me with a question, i need to know the answer and if i don't i will learn it and retain it for life. Dunkin has been a part of my life since i was a child. Going with my mom through the drive through and begging to order. That turned in to my very first job in High school working in centerville plaza at the dunkin. Which then grew into me fining a home with Carlos Arruda. I was able to learn what it means to be apart of the brand. Learning what it takes to run a store and what it takes to be a franchisee. I am lucky enough to be a part of Cadete enterprises which has given me the chance for advancements that a single owner franchise could never dome , It has always been my end goal to be a part of the brand, to make sure all store are following what should be instead of what they want. We are New England and there isn't one person in this area that cant say they don't have a favorite dunkies. My goal is to make that a statement for everyone. Even for the people who "think" starbucks is trendy will know in the end Dunkies will always be home.
