• BCaBA responsibilities:

-Provide applied behavior analysis therapy to kids ranging ages of 4 to 17

-Assist in supervising RBTs implementation of client programs and continuous training as well as new hire training and handle scheduling of techs with clients

-Evaluating client’s skills using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, CPIRK, and preference assessments

• BCBA responsibilities:

-Assessed patient behavior, moods, and other responses to determine correct diagnosis and devise treatment plans.

-Parent trainings, supervising RBTs, client authorizations, as well as the responsibilities held as a BCaBA and RBT.
