- Responsible for managing all day to day procurement duties for 80+ MTO Foodservice, SBK Ingredient, 3rd party, and special order vendor accounts. Monitoring warehouse inventory levels, placing purchase orders based on replenishment needs, applying accurate pricing, and ensuring external vendors deliver quality product within contracted lead times.
- Assist leadership in managing and measuring vendor performance. E.g., ensuring fill rates are met, purchase orders are delivered with proper lead time, and that vendors are communicating price changes prior to receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate with various internal teams daily. Regularly working with Order Team to ensure product ships in desired quantities and creating late orders when needed. Also working closely with all warehouse and inventory control teams to ensure orders are received and inventory discrepancies are resolved.
- Manage Sheetz product / inventory stored in one of our third party offsite storage facilities - Allegheny Cold Storage. Collaborate with the Transportation Team weekly to coordinate moving product to and from SDS to Allegheny Cold Storage.
- Create reports for management - reporting on all product with less than 5 days of inventory on site; and monitoring all foodservice items that are within 15 days of their expiration date.
