Empower 25–30 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities each week by providing opportunities to build essential skills for independent living and gainful employment. Support their personal growth through structured activities, coaching, and community engagement designed to foster confidence, capability, and long-term success.
Lead daily hands-on lessons and community-based activities across 18 comprehensive modules covering workplace behavior, professionalism, communication, life management, and financial literacy. These lessons are designed to prepare individuals for success in competitive employment and greater independence in daily life.
Guide and coach participants in exploring a variety of career paths through hands-on experiences such as volunteering, job shadowing, and community-based job exploration throughout the valley. Help individuals identify their strengths, preferences, and transferable skills to support their development and transition into meaningful, skill-building opportunities that can lead to paid employment.
Advocate for participants to ensure that goals and voices are respected and heard.
Adapt and refine comprehensive modules to align with individual participants’ learning styles, ensuring accessible instruction and maximizing each individual's potential for success.
Assist participants with community skill development, including using public transportation, safely crossing streets, and recognizing key landmarks to support independent navigation and location awareness.

Supported a classroom of 8 students ages 15–22 using ABA strategies, data collection, and individualized reinforcement.
Helped students learn/Perform chores and tasks. (I.e., lunch, snack, toileting cleaning routines, laundry chores) and much more!
Gathered data using Catalyst and maintained student records.
Helped students learn important coping strategies, independent skills, and overall skills to improve their quality of life.
Communicated daily with families regarding students' overall progress and daily activities.
Collaborated with coworkers/supervisors daily on students' progress and how to improve a specific goal to cater to students' individual needs.
