• Developed Every Newborn Action Plan (ENAP) Country Progress Tracking Tool (based on WHO Health Systems Building Blocks) and its revised version
• Actively coordinating with regional offices, country offices and development partners; tracking and reporting progress by 75 countries under 6 global regions
• Co-authored the ENAP Global Progress Report 2016-2017 which was shared in World Health Assembly in May 2017 and also actively worked and contributed to the 2017-18 global progress report
• Actively collaborated with leadership to formulate a scalable cross-organizational health equity and product inclusion agenda, implementation strategy, and tools
• Managed health equity program by facilitating and tracking progress on research, product, and partnerships, including through cross-functional cross- organizational coordination and influence
• Developed the MNH equity profiles (both national and sub-national) for 25 priority countries (which later expanded to more countries) under 4 global regions including data/information collection, compilation, analysis coupled with narratives and report preparation and dissemination globally.

• Coordinated and managed facility and community-based integrated health care program delivery (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health, Immunization, Digital health, Nutrition, TB, HIV/AIDS, NCDs, and Emergency) through 4600 Service Providers in all 64 districts nationwide.
• Coordinated activities with 110 staff in 12 large regional field offices.

• Actively led and coordinated Health Care service delivery through 323 static clinics, over 5400 staff, and community engagement at over 9,100 Satellite clinics and 6,300 Community Service Providers in all 64 districts of the country (nationwide), Immunization, MNCH, Nutrition, Digital health, emergency programming at National, District, Sub-district and Community level in partnership with Government and NGOs' coordination nationwide.
• Developed Quality of Care (QoC) tool and database for program monitoring and management.

Actively contributed to program planning, development, recruitment, budget, coordination, partnership, implementation, and evaluation with reporting.
