Asher Merrell

I work on IPC class 3 Military specification microelectronics. Hand soldering, hardware assembly, heavy equipment operation, lead forming, circuit cleaning, and prep for machine solder(solder tacking and chemical masking/bonding). I'm also a certified and experienced quality inspector; and am very experienced with solder removal devices like heated vacuum pumps and copper wicks.

This is a military industrial organization, so I have experience working under the stress of extremely high value product with extremely rigorous quality standards while maintaining high throughput and working fast.

I can follow rigorous safety standards around heavy machinery, hot equipment, high voltages, and dangerous chemicals.

I am very good at team coordination and problem solving; often proactive in seeing problems before they arise and working with my senior team members to prepare for and deal with hiccups and setbacks.

I worked here seasonally but full time through high school(summers, and on halloween and christmas time). In addition to having to stand and operate rides for long periods of time, I also had to handle a large amount of very young kids, often toddlers, and their parents all day; so I am very good at dealing with customers.

I also worked in foodservice here, so I can work a register.
