In addition to my technical expertise, I have successfully assumed project management responsibilities, overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.

My role often includes acting as a liaison engineer, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between clients such as PACCAR and CUMMINS, suppliers, and internal teams to align project objectives and requirements.

PACCAR Projects :-

Peterbilt - Heavy Duty Electrical Vehicle

  • Designed heavy-duty electric battery packs while considering vehicle boundary constraints.
  • Worked on various types of battery enclosures, including EDM enclosure, BOC C-pack battery enclosure, BOC H-pack battery enclosure, and Under-cab H-pack enclosure.
  • Created battery enclosure components such as front end cover, rear end cover, side skins, top cover, ladder supports (side wall structure), front and rear EDM support brackets, and various mounting brackets.
  • Developed routing support structures consisting of multiple brackets to support HV, LV, and heater cable routing inside the battery enclosure.
  • Managed packaging of battery packs for heavy-duty electric vehicles.
  • Routed HV, LV, and heater cables from battery pack to battery pack and from battery pack to relay box according to specified parameters; routed grounding bus bars for each battery enclosure.
  • Routed HV cables from HVJB (High Voltage Junction Box) to components including PCAS, S-box, E-motor, onboard charger, and from S-box to relay box for each battery enclosure.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks or issues during the development process.
