Battery enclosure design.

• Designing heavy-duty electric battery packs while considering the boundary of the vehicle.
• Worked on various types of battery enclosures, such as EDM enclosure, BOC C-pack battery enclosure, BOC H-pack battery enclosure, and Under cab H-pack enclosure.
• Created battery enclosure components like Front end cover, rear end cover, side skins, top cover, Ladder supports (side wall structure), front, rear EDM support brackets and different mounting brackets on enclosures.
• The created routing support structure consists of multiple brackets and is used to support HV, LV, and Heater cable routing inside the battery enclosure.
• Packaging of battery packs for heavy-duty electric vehicle.
• Routed HV, LV heater cables from battery pack to battery pack and from battery pack to relay box with specified parameters. Routed grounding bus bar for each battery enclosure.
• Routed HV cables from HVJB (High voltage junction box) to various components in PCAS, S- box, E-motor, Onboard charger and from S-box to relay box of every battery enclosure.
• Collaborated with other teams to identify potential risks or issues in development process.
• Reassembled used battery packs after refurbishment, ensuring they met manufacturers' specifications.
• Monitored battery performance levels to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Built custom battery packs to serve customers' unique needs.

Global Component Ownership

• Lead design effort to deliver eAuxiliary components from a Global perspective.
• Daily, communicate with the supplier and get the status of ongoing issues.
• Make a schedule of testing of components, get test reports, and share them with respected stakeholders.
• Coordinate work with suppliers to meet design and validation timelines.
• Work on SSO (Supplier Sign off) document– create a list of requirement and discus with all stake holders
• SSO requirements fulfilled by the supplier and marked remarks on it.
• Support build events and truck validation activities.

• Prepare engineering activity status reports and other detailed reporting, as directed.
