Hello, I started in the automotive industry in 2019 at Land Rover of Encino but found my home at Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys on April 1st 2019 and have been there since starting from a sales person to internet sales manager to floor manager and have been a sales/desk manager for over 2 years. I am excelled in Eleads, Dealer Socket, CDK, Guest Concept, and VIN Solutions. My day to day is to manage the sales team making sure they are making calls, follow ups, tasks and training on a daily basis. Obviously as a manager I manage customers, four square, close deals, submit applications to the banks, and make no customer leaves without speaking to me! I also make sure all leads have been handled, answer phone calls to bring customers in and call customers just to make sure everyone is on top of their deals. Number one importance is making sure the deal is done and customer leaves happy!
