-Labor: Assist employees with timecard so it is ready for payroll to approve, run labor reports for management.
-Interviews: Meet with every applicant for an interview, explain job, assist with any questions.
-Onboarding: Interview, orientations, online training, making sure employees get started in their department/introduce them to department, follow up interviews.
-Performance Reviews: Semi-annual reviews with employees.
